2. Damage During Transit
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your products. However, in the rare case that your order is damaged during transit, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged product at no additional cost.
To initiate a replacement:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging
Include order ID and delivery details in your communication
We will verify the claim and arrange a replacement once approved.
⚠️ Claims for transit damage reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
3. No Refund Policy
